When instructed to undertake work, we always check the legal tree protection status of all trees included in our quotations. Failure to check tree protection status can potentially result in significant fines and legal action. Turnbull & Son deal with all planning applications, acting as an agent for our clients and there are no additional costs for this service when instructed to undertake work we’ve quoted for.
